Arguments

A CellProject object

p.val.cutoff

Interpolation for the coordinates of cells with p.value above this cutoff. Default: 1

p.adj.cutoff

Interpolation for the coordinates of cells with p.value above this cutoff. Default: 0.05

k

K nearest neighbors for interpolation. Default: 10
